You’ll work hands-on with tools, drawings, and fabrication processes while collaborating with pipefitters, quality, and support teams to meet production schedules and quality standards. Position Summary
Install and assemble mechanical equipment and piping products in a factory production shop environment.  Work closely with a team of pipefitters, installers, quality control and support personnel to execute production processes safely and efficiently to our quality standards while meeting delivery dates and operational budgets
 
Role Responsibilities  
Installer-1
  • Entry-level role focused on performing basic installer trade tasks under supervision. Ideal for individuals with foundational installer/builder/assembler skills seeking to develop expertise in a manufacturing environment that are excited to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • 2+ years of installer/builder/assembler experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Installer-2: Includes all Installer-1 qualifications plus:
  • Builds on Installer-1 responsibilities with more complex installer work performed independently.
  •  4+ years of installer/builder/assembler experience.
  • Reads and interprets blueprints, diagrams, technical drawings, and models independently.
  • Able to perform majority of installer tasks independently while meeting quality and delivery expectations.
  • Trains and mentors Installer-1’s. 
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. 
    Installer-3: Includes all Installer-1&2 qualifications plus:
    • Senior-level Installer responsible for complex installation requirements, troubleshooting, and team leadership. 
    • 6+ years of installer/builder/assembler experience. 
    • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proven ability to collaborate with engineering and production teams to effectively resolve complex installer-related challenges and plan upcoming projects. 
    • Reads and interprets advanced blueprints and manages job requirements independently.
    • Leads, trains, mentors, develops, and drives a cross-functional manufacturing team.
    • Demonstrates deep understanding of installation means, methods, tools, standards, and quality assurance. 
    • Actively supports lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives. 
      Qualifications
      • Receives direct supervision in performing technical responsibilities
      • Contributes to the development and improvement of concepts, techniques, and procedures
      • Brings energy to a team under the general supervision of an experienced professional or manager
      • Installer specific skills and experience required
      • Displays judgment and initiative in resolving issues and making recommendations.
      • Working hours TBD based on business needs but generally Mon - Fri 6am to 4:30pm
      Minimum Physical Requirements
      • Work outside, inside, and in dusty, noisy and hazardous areas
      • Climb, balance, squat, kneel and crouch
      • Work in all types of weather
      • Must have working knowledge of all trade materials and tools.
      • Ability to lift, move heavy objects
