Key Responsibilities

  • Assess student progress, identify knowledge or skill gaps, and adjust instruction to support measurable improvement.

  • Complete required documentation accurately, including training records and instructional summaries.

  • Maintain professional standards in aircraft operations, classroom preparation, and ongoing safety practices.

Required Qualifications
  • Valid Certified Flight Instructor credentials appropriate to conduct flight instruction.

  • Demonstrated ability to teach effectively, communicate clearly, and provide constructive coaching.

  • Strong knowledge of flight principles, regulations, and safe flight operations.

  • Ability to prepare thoroughly for lessons, deliver organized briefings, and evaluate performance objectively.

  • Commitment to safety, professionalism, and adherence to training and operational standards.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience teaching students or conducting flight instruction in a training environment.

  • Familiarity with structuring training toward milestones and maintaining consistent performance standards.

  • Prior experience with mentoring or coaching in high-responsibility, safety-critical settings.

  • Comfortable working in an onsite training environment with variable schedules tied to instruction needs.
