Long of Chattanooga Hyundai, Volvo and Mercedes-Benz is seeking a full time receptionist and administrative assistant.ย  Computer skills, enthusiasm, outgoing personality, 1 year experience, proper business attire and strong customer service skills a must.ย 

Responsibilities:

  • Answering dealership group phones
  • Greeting and receiving prospects and customers
  • Generate reports daily from our in house database
  • Directs customers to the correct department, notifies the appropriate person that a customer is waiting.
  • Working cooperatively with the sales team
  • Basic data entry and clerical duties
  • Communicates with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
  • Types memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Other duties as assigned
