Job Title: Yard Technician / Laborer
Job Description

The Yard Technician / Laborer plays a key role in supporting yard and shop operations for mobile trailers and related equipment. This entry-level position offers a hands-on opportunity to learn the full process and trade, from material handling and staging to basic construction and carpentry tasks. You will work primarily in an outdoor yard environment, assisting with loading and unloading trucks, assembling and installing furniture, and moving equipment and materials safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Move materials and equipment around the yard and within the shop in a safe and organized manner.
  • Stage materials and components needed for trailer setup, repair, and refurbishment.
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks, ensuring materials and equipment are handled carefully and securely.
  • Build and install furniture and fixtures inside mobile trailers using hand and power tools.
  • Support basic carpentry and construction tasks related to mobile trailers and yard operations.
  • Operate with a strong mechanical aptitude when working with tools, equipment, and trailer components.
  • Work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining productivity and safety standards.

Pay and Benefits
