Location: Garden Grove, CA

Shift: 1st Shift

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM

Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

Job Summary:

The Assembler is responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations by assembling products and components according to blueprint drawings, work orders, and customer specifications. This role involves using spot welders, hand tools, measuring equipment, and basic computer systems to ensure high-quality production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret blueprint drawings and work orders to understand customer specifications
  • Assemble parts and components using spot welders and other manufacturing tools
  • Perform visual and dimensional inspections to ensure product quality and compliance
  • Use measuring tools to verify product specifications and tolerances
  • Document product conformance and production information accurately
  • Input labor and move transactions using basic computer navigation
  • Maintain production deadlines and support manufacturing operations
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Assist with additional production and general labor tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints and work instructions
  • Experience using hand tools, measuring devices, and manufacturing equipment
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and transaction processing
