Job Title: Storeroom & Inventory Clerk (Full-Time)
Location: San Jose, CA
Type: Full-Time (35–40 Hours/Week)
Pay Range: $21.00 – $25.00 per hour
Bonus: $1,000 Sign-on Bonus (payable after 90 days of successful employment)
Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Storeroom Clerk to join our team in San Jose. This role is essential for keeping our operations running smoothly by managing stock, fulfilling internal orders, and ensuring our inventory data is accurate. If you are organized, punctual, and have basic computer skills, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities

  • Order Fulfillment: Pull and fulfill internal orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily deadlines.
  • Inventory Oversight: Maintain organized stock levels and conduct regular physical counts to ensure system records match on-hand inventory.
  • Receiving & Logistics: Accept incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and inspect goods for damage.
  • Data Entry: Use basic computer programs to log new arrivals, track stock movement, and update inventory records.
  • Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and logical layout for the storeroom to ensure easy retrieval of items.
Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience in a storeroom, warehouse, or inventory-related role is preferred.
  • Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with computers (data entry, email, and basic spreadsheet navigation).
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift/move packages up to 40 lbs.
