  • Demonstrate strong facilitation and communication skills to influence audiences with varying levels of technical expertise, from field personnel to senior leadership.
  • Embrace emerging technologies, including data analytics and artificial intelligence, to enhance training delivery, personalize learning paths, improve knowledge retention, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead onboarding and role-specific training for new hires, interns, and Engineering Development Program (EDP) participants.
  • Translate engineering standards, procedures, specifications, and lessons learned into engaging training materials, courses, and learning paths.
  • Coordinate and deliver training on engineering tools and systems (e.g., Power BI, Maximo, Oracle, etc.) in partnership with subject matter experts.
  • Serve as E&C's Learning Management System (LMS) administrator, including course creation, enrollment, tracking, and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain methods to assess training quality and measure training effectiveness.
  • Create and track training KPIs and dashboards to support continuous improvement and workforce development planning.
  • Partner with Engineering, Construction, Operations, EHS, IT, and HR to align training programs with business needs, regulatory requirements, and competency expectations.
  • Coordinate external training providers, vendors, and industry organizations to deliver specialized or certification-based training.
  • Maintain awareness of applicable codes, standards, and industry best practices and incorporate updates into training curricula.
  • Support career progression frameworks by aligning training content with role expectations, competency models, and advancement criteria.
  • Assist with development and maintenance of technical qualification programs, skills matrices, and competency assessments.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by capturing field feedback, audit findings, and incident learnings and integrating them into training programs.
  • Promote a culture of knowledge sharing, standardization, and technical excellence across E&C.
  • Other duties as assigned.

CORE VALUES & BEHAVIORS
  • Demonstrate integrity, accountability, initiative, and respect in all interactions.
  • Adhere to company safety standards, policies, and applicable regulatory requirements.

  • Collaborate effectively across disciplines and organizational levels.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability and willingness to travel at least 25% of the time.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior experience developing or delivering technical training, mentoring, or structured knowledge transfer.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and reporting.
  • Working knowledge of engineering tools and systems such as Maximo, ProMax, CAD platforms, GIS, or integrity management systems.
