Rate of pay: $15.00 - $19.00. Final compensation is based on factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience.
Essential Responsibilities:
โ€ข Assist in the planning, coordination, execution and implementation of programs activities and initiatives in assigned focus area.
โ€ข Provide direct instruction, coaching and supervision of participants.
โ€ข Attend and actively participate in branch initiatives, outreach, trainings, and staff meetings as assigned.
โ€ข Effectively communicate with participants, parents and members.
โ€ข Identify opportunities for program improvement and contribute to strategic planning efforts.
โ€ข Monitor and assess participant progress Maintain accurate records related to program activities and outcomes.
โ€ข Perform other duties as assigned by Senior Leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
โ€ข Strong interpersonal and communication skills to serve a diverse community.
โ€ข High School diploma or equivalent.
โ€ข Must be flexible and able to work weekdays, weeknights, and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
โ€ข Multi-lingual skills
โ€ข Experience working with children, youth, and families. Youth programming, coaching, or instruction field
โ€ข One-year experience in related program field.
