Job description

Come join the RoughRiders Game Day staff for the 2025 season! We have a variety of positions open and are looking for fun, charismatic staff to fill them. Job descriptions are listed below.
Ushers
Ushers are responsible for developing a friendly relationship with the customers in their section. Ushers should check the location on the customer's ticket and escort them to their seats or direct them to another section. Ushers must also familiarize themselves with all customer service operations so they may guide our customers to their particular need.
Ticket Scanners
The Ticket Takers will greet each customer that comes through the gates at the ballpark. The ticket takers will scan tickets and direct customers toward the appropriate section.
*Please Note: Even if hired for one position, you may occasionally be required to work another position during a game. For example, someone hired as a Ballpark Watch may be asked to fill in as a Ticket Taker.
ABOUT THE ROUGHRIDERS
The Frisco RoughRiders are the Double-A affiliate of the Texas Rangers and the 2022 Texas League champions. In 2023, the team celebrated its 20th anniversary and has consistently finished in the top five among all Double-A franchises in attendance yearly. In August 2014, the RoughRiders were purchased by an ownership group led by Chuck Greenberg.
