Commercial HVAC Sales Specialist
ATEX Distributing | Orlando, FL | Full-Time | Onsite | M-F

As a Commercial HVAC Sales Specialist, you will bring those values to life by supporting contractors, engineers, and building owners with knowledgeable equipment guidance, responsive service, and solutions they can trust. If you know commercial HVAC, value strong customer relationships, and take pride in delivering results the right way, we want to hear from you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
· Build and grow relationships with commercial HVAC customers and uncover new sales opportunities.
· Prepare quotes and proposals for commercial, retrofit, and replacement projects.
· Guide customers on equipment selection and application with hands-on technical support.
· Own opportunities from first inquiry through close.
· Partner with Outside Sales, manufacturers, and internal teams to deliver.
· Mentor and support teammates.
WHAT YOU BRING
· 3–5+ years in commercial HVAC or related technical sales experience.
· Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment and applications.
· Proven experience developing commercial HVAC equipment quotations and proposals for retrofit, replacement, and new project opportunities.
· Strong sales, communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
· Demonstrated ability to independently manage customer relationships, sales opportunities, projects, and competing priorities.
· Preferred: Experience with an HVAC distributor, manufacturer’s rep, mechanical contractor, or commercial HVAC equipment manufacturer.
