To thrive as a BAS Project Manager, you need a solid understanding of building automation systems (BAS), project management principles, and typically a degree in engineering or a related field. Familiarity with BAS platforms (such as Tridium, Siemens, or Johnson Controls), project management software (like MS Project), and certifications such as PMP or NICET are highly valuable.
