A leading Building Automation and Energy Management contractor is seeking an experienced BAS Project Manager to support major projects across Baltimore, Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Northern Virginia. This role involves delivering complex BAS, HVAC, and integration projects in healthcare, commercial, government, utility, and mission-critical environments. Position Details:
  • Title: BAS Project Manager
  • Location: Baltimore, MD (covering MD, D.C., and Northern VA)
  • Salary: Up to $130,000 (mid-senior level)
  • Bonus: Annual bonus tied to individual and company performance
  • Company Vehicle: Provided (typically after 30 days, depending on fleet availability)
  • Experience: BAS Project Management or related project leadership experience required
