KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver attentive, efficient, and knowledgeable bar service that reflects Tallow’s signature style of approachable refinement.
  • Craft cocktails with consistency and precision, showcasing a mastery of classic techniques and recipes.
  • Guide guests through our curated beverage program — highlighting wine pairings, cocktails, and aperitifs that enhance their dining experience.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar at all times, upholding all safety and sanitation standards.
  • Collaborate with servers and support staff to ensure seamless service and consistent guest satisfaction.
  • Contribute to an environment of professionalism, teamwork, and pride — every guest interaction should feel like they’ve been welcomed into Our House.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum two (2) years of bartending experience in upscale casual or fine dining settings preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and classic cocktail preparation.
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
  • Maintain a valid Food Handler’s and ATAP Alcohol Seller-Server Certification
