About the Role

We are looking for energetic, highly skilled Bartenders who excel in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will craft exceptional cocktails, deliver memorable guest experiences, and serve as a central driver of energy and sales for our bar.

Employment & Training Note: All of our roles are At-Will positions. Candidates offered a position are required to complete initial training. Upon successful completion, you will transition into your active role; failure to pass training will result in termination of employment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Beverage Service & Crafting: Mix, craft, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes while taking accurate orders using POS software.
  • Guest Hospitality & Upselling: Engage guests, offer tailored recommendations, upsell premium offerings, check IDs for legal drinking age, and process payments.
  • Teamwork & Operations: Collaborate closely with barbacks, servers, and kitchen staff; participate in pre-shift meetings and complete opening/closing duties.
  • Bar Marketing & Promotions: Assist with booking sections/tables, driving bar regulars, and participating in team promotional and social media efforts.
  • Stock & Compliance: Maintain stock, keep the bar area spotless, and adhere strictly to TABC, food safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience: 1–2 years of bartending experience preferred in a high-volume setting.
  • Age & Certifications: Must be 21+ with valid Food Handler and TABC certifications.
  • Skills: Strong mixology knowledge, excellent communication, teamwork mindset, and multitasking abilities.
