What are the main challenges a bartending manager faces when balancing staff management and customer satisfaction?

Bartending Managers often juggle the dual responsibilities of overseeing bar staff and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Common challenges include scheduling and training staff to maintain consistent service quality, handling customer complaints or special requests promptly, and ensuring compliance with local alcohol regulations.
