What youll do (your setlist)
  • Headline the guest experience: greet, read the room, and make every guest feel like a VIPHeadliner Hospitality at the bar.
  • Craft consistently: build cocktails to spec, balance flavors, batch preps (syrups, juices, garnishes), and dial in presentation.
  • Sell through service: offer tastings in taster glasses, suggest pairings with pizzas/apps, and spotlight features & beer releases.
  • Move with purpose: manage high-volume tickets, run tabs, handle cash/POS accurately, and keep a clean, organized station.
  • Serve responsibly: verify IDs, pace high-ABV orders, and use sound judgment.
