Bartender

Intown Golf Club is the premier private social club and lifestyle brand for people that appreciate the game of golf. IGC is seeking a bright mixologist who is always on the lookout for new beverage trends. For our bartender position, we're looking for a candidate who takes pride in offering our guests a diverse and seasonally-inspired beverage menu, a warm conversation, and helpful suggestions. When you shine, our guests will look forward to relaxing with you after a long day at the office.

Bartender Responsibilities

  • Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
  • Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
  • Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
  • Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
  • Plan and present bar menu
  • Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
  • Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations


Bartender Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in bartending.
  • Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
  • Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
  • Ability to walk, stand, and carry heavy trays.
  • A friendly, attentive attitude.
  • Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and food.
  • Must be the minimum age to serve alcohol.
  • A passion for providing customers with high-quality service.
  • Compliance with all local, state, and federal liquor laws.
  • Willingness to work at peak hours, which may include evenings, holidays, and weekends.
