Must possess competence in the following areas in order to perform this role in a safe, productive and effective manner:

· At least 2yrs of experience fueling and oiling heavy equipment.

· Must have a valid Class A CDL with HAZMAT and Tanker endorsement.

· Daily fueling, greasing and fluid level checks on all job site equipment.

· Perform oil changes on equipment as per OEM Guidelines and as directed by the Equipment Superintendent.

· Complete all work orders associated with machine services and daily activities.

· Maintain Fuel/Lube truck to perform at peak operating level and ensure it meets all safety and compliance criteria.

· Utilizes small assortment of hand tools to complete tasks.

· Reads and follows oil chart.

· Understands safety and occupational hazards of work.

· Keeps lube truck clean and well maintained.

· Valid driver license and satisfactory driving record.


· Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

· Ability to exert heavy physical effort, handling average weight objects up to 25 pounds.

· Ability to kneel, stoop, crouch, balance, climb or crawl.

· Ability to correctly rig and hoist material.

· Ability to tolerate heights without fear.

· Ability to maintain balance.

· Able to enter the cab of a vehicle or piece of equipment that is 3 feet or more off the ground.

· Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time, reach for, handle, and manipulate items and to work in extreme weather conditions (cold and wet).

· Able to work long, irregular and varied hours, 50 to 70 hours per week.

· Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.

· Ability to safely and effectively perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal , state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
