Bar Vieux Carré
*Accueillir les clients à la table, donner de l'information et des précisions sur le fonctionnement du menu ainsi que la carte des cocktails.

*Établir une relation avec le client tout au long du repas afin de s'assurer que celui-ci profite pleinement de l'expérience

*S'assurer de la satisfaction du client tout au long de son expérience

*Prendre la commande, remettre la facture et effectuer le paiement

*Aider à la mise en place de la salle à manger (astiquage des verres et des ustensiles, nettoyer et dresser les tables)

*Effectuer toutes autres tâches requises par la nature de sa fonction


Exigences:
  • 3 ans d'expérience en restauration en tant que serveur/serveuse  Barman/Barmaid
  • Diplôme en sommellerie ( Attestation de spécialisation professionnelle en sommellerie ASP), un atout
  • Capacité à communiquer en anglais aisément car par la nature de votre fonction vous devrez communiquer avec la clientèle touristique
  • Avoir à cœur la satisfaction de la clientèle
  • Capacité à prendre des décisions rapidement
  • Calme, souriant et diplomate
