DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and specialty items.
  • Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment, counters, and seating areas.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed throughout the shift.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth café operations.
  • Stay informed about menu items, promotions, and seasonal offerings.
Qualifications:
  • Previous barista or food service experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic math and cash-handling skills.
