Job description

Our client, a growing Houston-based architectural firm is seeking a design-focused, licensed architect to join their team. Our client is looking for a motivated professional who is passionate about architecture and eager to engage in all phases of design and technical development across a variety of project types, including commercial, municipal, and religious facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop ground-up building designs through all project phases, from concept to construction documentation

  • Prepare high-quality design presentation materials

  • Conduct research on building products, materials, and systems

  • Participate in client meetings and provide support during construction administration

Qualifications:

  • Licensed or soon to be licensed architect with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience

  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office

  • Solid understanding of construction materials, methods, and detailing

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication and interpersonal skills
