Golden Rain Foundation is seeking a reliable and skilled General Maintenance Employee to join our team. This role is vital to maintaining the safety, functionality, and appearance of apartments, community facilities, and Foundation offices at Leisure World Seal Beach, a vibrant active senior living community. If you have a versatile skill set in maintenance and a passion for providing excellent service, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
  • Refrigerator Delivery and Installation:
  • Deliver and install refrigerators in apartments.
  • Remove defective refrigerators and return them to the maintenance yard.

Repairs and Maintenance:
  • Perform concrete repairs and pour new concrete as needed.
  • Repair damaged areas of the perimeter wall and barbed wire.
  • Paint main valve covers and handle minor painting tasks.
  • Replace or repair window and sliding door screens.
  • Repair or replace locks and create new keys.
  • Conduct minor repairs on washers, dryers, and other appliances

Administrative and Team Support:
  • Record time, materials, and related information on service repair orders.
  • Assist co-workers with various maintenance tasks as needed.

Qualifications
