This role is vital to maintaining the safety, functionality, and appearance of apartments, community facilities, and Foundation offices at Leisure World Seal Beach, a vibrant active senior living community. If you have a versatile skill set in maintenance and a passion for providing excellent service, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
  • Refrigerator Delivery and Installation:
  • Deliver and install refrigerators in apartments.
  • Remove defective refrigerators and return them to the maintenance yard.

Repairs and Maintenance:
  • Perform concrete repairs and pour new concrete as needed.
  • Repair damaged areas of the perimeter wall and barbed wire.
  • Paint main valve covers and handle minor painting tasks.
  • Replace or repair window and sliding door screens.
  • Repair or replace locks and create new keys.
  • Conduct minor repairs on washers, dryers, and other appliances

Administrative and Team Support:
  • Record time, materials, and related information on service repair orders.
  • Assist co-workers with various maintenance tasks as needed.
