Job description

Barback needed!

Do you thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment? We’re a small, locally owned, full-service restaurant that takes pride in serving upscale food with exceptional service. With a close-knit team of fewer than 20 employees, we’re passionate about creating memorable dining experiences for our guests—and we’re looking for a dedicated Barback to join our team!

What does a barback do?

As a Barback, you’ll play a key role in keeping our bar operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting bartenders by keeping the bar stocked and clean.

- Restocking glassware, garnishes, and other supplies as needed.

- Assisting with basic prep work and ensuring the bar area is organized.

- Collecting and washing used glassware and utensils.

- Jumping in to assist with other tasks as needed to support the team.

What We’re Looking For

We’re excited to welcome someone who is motivated, reliable, and ready to work hard. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed in this role:

- Must be 18 years of age or older.

- A positive attitude and a team-player mindset.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- No prior experience required, just a willingness to learn and grow!

Why Join Us?

• The restaurant industry is well known for its ability to make you a lot of money in a short amount of time and get you back to your life without grinding away as a desk all day.

• Experience! Looking to move to serving or bartending? This is a great way to get your foot in the door!

• Tips! On top of your hourly pay you'll earn cash tips from the bartenders. Winter is our busy season. We are excited to train someone this fall to kick butt with us all winter long.

• Discounted meals.

• No late nights here, we are a high quality, craft cocktail environment.
