Position Title: Busser
Reports To: FOH Manager / Shift Lead
Department: Front of House
Status: Non-Exempt / Tipped
Purpose

The Busser supports the guest experience by maintaining clean, organized dining areas and assisting servers in creating a welcoming, efficient, and memorable environment. This role ensures the restaurant glows with cleanliness, speed, and teamwork.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Maintain spotless tables, chairs, floors, and service stations throughout shifts.
  • Assist servers with water, pre-bussing, and resetting tables quickly.
  • Support food runners and expo by delivering plates and clearing dishes.
  • Keep glassware, silverware, and sanitizer stations stocked and organized.
  • Communicate respectfully with team members and managers to keep the dining room running smoothly.
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
  • Assist with end-of-shift side work, trash removal, and closing duties.
Qualifications

  • Positive attitude and strong sense of teamwork.
