- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup and breakdown of bar areas.
- Change kegs, monitor taps, and ensure all bar equipment is functioning properly.
- Support bartenders to ensure efficient and timely service.
Cleanliness & Sanitation
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to sanitation and cleanliness.
- Maintain compliance with safety standards, GHS requirements, and health regulations.
- Clean and sanitize bar stations, tools, and equipment regularly.
- Ensure all work areas meet Twin Peaks standards at all times.
Teamwork & Execution
- Work collaboratively with bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff to support overall operations.
