White Lodging is seeking an experienced bartender to join our hotel bar team! As part of a hospitality company operating premium hotels, rooftop bars, and restaurants across top U.S. cities, you'll craft cocktails, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and thrive in a high-energy, upscale bar environment. Responsibilities:

What You'll Do

  • Deliver high-quality bar service to all guests — building personal connections through friendly conversation, intuitive drink recommendations, and a welcoming atmosphere
  • Maintain a clean, organized bar station; complete daily bar cleaning and side work to health and safety standards
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of the full cocktail menu, beer and wine selections, ingredients, preparation methods, and garnishes — confidently answering guest questions
  • Ensure consistent food and beverage quality and presentation that meets guest expectations every time
  • Accurately process all payment methods — cash, card, and digital — and complete end-of-shift reconciliation
  • Promote teamwork and contribute to a safe, positive work environment
  • Card all guests and monitor responsible alcohol service to prevent overservice and ensure liquor law compliance
  • Perform other duties as assigned
