What are Bar Helpers?

Bar Helpers, also known as barbacks, are support staff in bars and restaurants who assist bartenders with various tasks. Their responsibilities include restocking supplies, cleaning glasses and bar areas, preparing garnishes, and ensuring that bartenders have everything they need to serve customers efficiently. Bar Helpers play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of a bar, especially during busy hours. They may also help with basic cleaning and organizing, but typically do not serve drinks directly to customers.
