This role requires urgency, awareness, communication, and consistency. Great barbacks help bartenders stay organized, stocked, and efficient while helping maintain the flow and energy of service.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Restock beer, liquor, wine, mixers, juices, syrups, garnishes, and ice throughout shifts

  • Support bartenders by anticipating needs before being asked

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar and throughout service areas

  • Change kegs and assist with bar setup and breakdown

  • Help maintain glassware, dish areas, and overall bar flow

  • Communicate clearly with bartenders, servers, kitchen staff, and management

  • Assist with guest interactions professionally and hospitably when needed

  • Maintain urgency and composure during high-volume shifts
