Bar Helpers, also known as barbacks, are support staff in bars and restaurants who assist bartenders with various tasks. Their responsibilities include restocking supplies, cleaning glasses and bar areas, preparing garnishes, and ensuring that bartenders have everything they need to serve customers efficiently. Bar Helpers play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of a bar, especially during busy hours. As a Bar Helper, you are essential in supporting bartenders and ensuring smooth operations, especially during peak hours. Your main tasks often include restocking supplies, cleaning glassware, clearing tables, and assisting with basic drink preparation under supervision.
