The Epic Group is a well-established nationwide company with over 10 years experience in providing unforgettable nightlife experiences. We specialize in organizing premium bar crawls and other nightlife tours.

We are looking for outgoing individuals to join our team as Bar Crawl hosts.

As a Party Host, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional time. You will be the host of the party, guiding our clients through the best nightlife venues in Nashville. Your infectious energy, outgoing personality, and passion for nightlife should contribute to making every crawl an unforgettable adventure.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests with enthusiasm, setting a positive and high-energy tone.
  • Facilitate introductions and interactions among guests, encouraging connections and ensuring everyone feels included.
  • Lead the group to each designated venue
  • Coordinate with venue staff to ensure seamless entry and communication

Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older (with a valid ID)
  • Know how to battle social awkwardness and overcome it.
  • Passion for nightlife and a genuine enthusiasm for creating memorable experiences.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage diverse groups of people.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to manage a flexible schedule
  • Previous experience in event hosting, entertainment, customer service, or a related field is a plus.

SHIFTS & PAY

  • Most night events will run from approximately 9pm - 12am.
  • This is a 'part-time/ as needed position, with approximately 1-3 shifts per month.
  • Shift pay is $100 - $130 a shift, plus tips and bonus opportunities.
