JOB DESCRIPTION: BAR BACKS PLAY DATE


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Stocking the Bars with beer, liquor, wine, and mixers
  • Stocking the Bars with ice
  • Stocking the bars with cups, straws, and napkins.
  • Juicing fresh fruit for cocktail recipes
  • Cutting fruit for drink garnishes
  • Running food from the kitchen to the bars and tables and serving the food to the guests.
  • Ensuring that the guest's food was delivered correctly.
  • Stocking flatware and condiments for food service
  • Bussing tables and bars of dirty dishes, empty beer bottles, and glassware.
  • Wiping down and sanitizing tables after guests leave a table.
  • Assisting with opening and closing duties including, but not limited to, restocking the bar with all necessary items, cleaning the bar, mopping, etc.
  • Removing trash from behind the bars and throughout the bar and emptied in the trash receptacle outside.
