Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems, bar equipment, and inventory management tools is typically required. Strong interpersonal skills, efficiency, and the ability to remain calm under pressure help you excel in busy environments. These skills are crucial for delivering excellent customer service, ensuring compliance, and maintaining smooth bar operations.
