Banner RNs provide direct patient care, administer medications, collaborate with medical teams, and support patient recovery in various healthcare settings. They follow evidence-based practices, prioritize patient safety, and often work in specialized units such as emergency, critical care, or surgery. Banner Health values continuing education and professional growth, offering resources and training to its nursing staff.

How does a Banner RN typically collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care?
