Position: Banner Student Functional Consultant / Solution & Functional Architect (SAFA) Ellucian

Location: Piscataway, NJ (Onsite)

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Job Description:

Client is seeking an experienced Banner Student Consultant to lead implementations of our integrated administrative solutions for colleges and universities. The Banner Student Consultant will support all aspects related to the configuration, conversion, implementation, testing, and deployment of our Banner Student solution. The position will capitalize on your extensive understanding of the Banner Student Information System, specifically focused on these areas: Person Record Management, Catalog and Curriculum design, Registration, and Self-Service operations. Knowledge of additional Banner modules and Ellucian products is preferred.

Where you will make an impact

  • Proactively prepare for and deliver high-quality services with a willingness to learn and adapt to new strategies that evolve as technology and implementation methodology mature.
  • Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to bridge the gap between the functional and technical aspects of Ellucian solutions and client s business objectives.
  • Lead customers to embrace performance improvement, transformation and modernization and remediate issues that impede enabling customer greatness, executing all activities with precision and professionalism to ensure successful SaaS implementations.
  • Collaborates with various Professional Services teammates on process improvement, use and maintenance of services artifacts and the maturation and promotion of recommended practices.
  • Success will be measured by customer satisfaction, achievement of project goals, and utilization targets.

  • Willingness to grow knowledge across other Ellucian solutions.
  • Ability to communicate and present to work team stakeholders as well as project leaders both internally and externally.
