Salesforce Solution Architect

Location: Remote in USA
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Omni Studio, and Marketing Cloud to design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions for Banking and Financial Services clients. The role requires strong architecture, integration, customer engagement, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture and design.
  • Design and implement solutions using Financial Services Cloud (FSC), OmniStudio, and Marketing Cloud
  • Build customer onboarding, servicing, and engagement journeys using OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Journey Builder.
  • Define integration architecture using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and external banking systems.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce security, governance, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and architecture governance.

The annual salary for this position is between $ 150,000- $ 180,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
