  • Produce accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial reporting packages.
  • Formulate continuous cash flow forecasting models to optimize working capital across various entities.
  • Oversee and implement robust internal financial controls and risk management policies.
  • Drive continuous process improvements across the financial department to scale transactional capacity.
Education and Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive corporate accounting experience, preferably within real estate or construction.

  • Composure: Proven ability to remain calm, analytical, and structured under tight financial reporting timelines.
  • Relationship Capital & Networking: Proven ability to build immediate rapport, establish trust, and maintain long-term, high-value relationships with external institutional lenders and banking executives.
  • Strategic Persuasion & Pitching: Expert capability to craft and deliver compelling financial narratives that successfully "sell" Rockport’s project viability and financial strength to prospective capital providers.

  • Loan-to-Value (LTV) Optimization: Success rate in negotiating maximum leverage and optimal advance rates on construction draws.
  • Draw Cycle Speed: Number of days between a construction draw request and the actual release of funds.
  • Elimination of reporting errors and delivery of monthly financial packages on schedule.
