Hilltop Holdings is seeking a Digital Analytics & Marketing Operations Intern to support the optimization of digital experiences through data analysis, quality assurance, content governance, and marketing operations. This role assists with website taxonomy management, customer journey mapping, campaign tracking, reporting, and analytics validation while helping maintain organized documentation and processes. The intern will also research and test approved AI tools to identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency, contributing insights and recommendations that support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement across digital marketing initiatives.

The Finance department at Hilltop Holdings is a vital component of our organization. We are responsible for managing and optimizing the financial health of the company. Our team is comprised of highly skilled professionals who possess a deep understanding of the intricate workings of the financial world. We analyze and interpret financial data, ensure accurate reporting and compliance with regulations. With a focus on strategic financial planning and forecasting, we provide valuable insights to guide decision-making processes throughout the organization. From budgeting and forecasting to financial analysis and risk management, our department plays a crucial role in driving the success and sustainability of Hilltop. We work closely with other departments to support their objectives, provide financial guidance, and facilitate effective resource allocation.   • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.  
  • Rising Senior pursuing business, marketing, or related field is preferred 
  • Some experience (1 - 2 years) is preferred but not required  
  • Computer hardware, operating system (Windows or Mac), and software/application (MS Office, Internet Explorer, Outlook etc.) skills. 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint), PowerBI is a plus 
  • Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills 
  • Proven self-starter who can initiate tasks and follow up to completion 
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills 
  • Desire to learn about career opportunities in the financial services industry
