This role is being placed by DA Trading Recruitment on behalf of the firm.This is a strong opportunity to join a top-performing sell-side M&A platform with a robust deal pipeline, high-profile clients, and significant exposure to live transactions across the consumer sector. The firm offers a collaborative culture with clear career progression and competitive compensation.Key responsibilities include:- Execution of live M&A transactions with primary focus on sell-side mandates across the consumer sector- Preparation of comprehensive financial models, valuation analyses, and marketing materials for live processes- Managing due diligence processes and data rooms- Supporting senior bankers in client interaction and transaction management throughout deal processes- Coordinating with legal counsel, buyers, and other advisors across live transactions- Mentoring and overseeing analysts on deal execution- Assisting in business development initiatives and preparation of pitch materialsIdeal candidates will have 3–6 years of investment banking experience with strong sell-side M&A execution background.
