Job Description

U.S. Bank is launching Business Banking in a new market-and building the team in Atlanta!

This role is centered on sales, prospecting, and building a new book of business by partnering with businesses generating $2.5MM to $50MM in annual revenue.

You'll drive new client acquisition through proactive calling, networking, and developing strong relationships with centers of influence, while building and managing a robust pipeline of new-to-bank opportunities.

Role responsibilities include:

  • Active prospecting, selfsourcing business, building a book from the ground up, and driving new client acquisition.

  • Build, develop, enrich and manage new and existing relationships with business clients.

  • Deliver financial expertise and client-centric solutions that build strong, long-term relationships.

  • Assess and attend to clients' banking needs.

  • Educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services.

  • Recommend financial solutions based on each client's unique goals and needs.

  • Partner and collaborate effectively with Treasury Management, Merchant Services and Business Banking Credit Card teams

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Four to five years of relevant experience

-Strong businesstobusiness sales skills, with the ability to independently source and grow a book of business

-Strong business development acumen, grounded in effective sales practices and process discipline

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. Pay Range: $86,360.00 - $101,600.00
