Job description

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION

The E-Banking Support Analyst - Retail is primarily responsible for monitoring compliance for all E-Banking departments including Cash Management, internet banking, and payments. This role will advise and assist management with preventing risk, monitoring requirements, design, test plan and execution. Quality Assurance will help define integration, delivery, customer acceptance and feedback. This role will provide support for all day-to-day operations related to digital banking services for banking clients.

 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Create, edit, and maintain policies and procedures for eBanking channels ensuring they are in the appropriate format and adhere to the enterprise standards. 

2. Perform E-Banking audits weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually and documenting evidence of compliance and noncompliance. 

3. Track and report on E-Banking retail department-inflicted and examination findings adhering to defined tiers of defense and remediation. 

4. Assist management with corrective action for findings and advise management to prevent noncompliance with regulations and standards. 

5. Remain current with relevant laws and regulations including Regulation E, NACHA, and UDAAP. 

6. Respond to customer complaints and documentation requests and resolve all complaints with compliance approval. 

7. Support E-Banking Retail initiatives and projects determining areas where quality or experience can be improved. 

8. Test system improvements for quality and customer experience. 

9. Prepare management reporting for E-Banking Retail metrics. 

10. The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.

11. Completes required BSA/AML training and other compliance training as assigned.

12. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Broad knowledge of such fields as accounting, marketing, business administration, finance, etc. Equivalent to a four year college degree, plus 3 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Ability to read and understand documents such as policy manuals, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; ability to write routine reports and correspondence. ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions in person-to-person and small group situations with customers, clients, general public and other employees of the organization. ability to read, analyze, and understand general business/company related articles and professional journals; ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees. ability to write reports, business correspondence, and policy/procedure manuals; ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

CRITICAL THINKING SKILLS

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of known variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram formats.
