We are now accepting applications for an Executive Assistant to join our Corporate Banking team. This position supports the Executive Director for Corporate Lending. Position is located at our corporate building in Las Vegas, NV.

Essential Functions:

  • Provides a variety of administrative and support services to Executive management.
  • Administers programs, projects, and/or processes specific to the department or division.
  • Serves as administrative liaison with others within and outside the company regarding administrative issues related to purchasing, personnel, facilities and operations.
  • Responsible for training and orienting non-exempt personnel as required.
  • Handles policy and procedure issues for the department and management as needed.
  • Keeps informed on new developments and procedures that affect the department/division, through frequent contact with other organization's, departments and divisions.
  • May be responsible to interpret or implement management or operating practices.
  • May oversees the operations of a department or division.
  • May assist in budget preparation and control activities.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Typically requires 4 years administrative, business, finance, corporate lending, credit administration, or other directly related experience, along with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Prior experience supporting senior leaders within financial services functions preferred.
  • Demonstrated supervisory and project management skills with the ability to coordinate complex initiatives across Corporate Lending, Credit Administration, Risk Management, Operations, and other business partners preferred.
  • Applies advanced knowledge as a generalist or specialist of departmental procedures, banking and/or departmental products.
  • Ability to independently manage and administer division-wide projects, including lending initiatives, reporting requirements, process improvements, regulatory examinations, and cross-functional business activities.
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to interact professionally with corporate clients, senior leadership, and internal stakeholders.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including spreadsheets, reporting, presentation, and document management capabilities.
  • Experience with lending, credit, or portfolio management systems preferred.
  • Ability to resolve and handle policy and procedure issues for department management.
  • Contributes to the development and implementation of innovative ideas, process enhancements, and operational efficiencies that support the strategic goals of the Corporate Lending department.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced, highly regulated lending environment.
  • Maintains a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive lending, client, financial, and executive-level information.
