BizTek People is searching for an experienced Foreign Exchange and Middle Office Support Consultant for our client in NY, NY!
Schedule: Hybrid
front office team supports an FX desk responsible for managing flow foreign exchange transactions related to client trades and hedging, specifically for our fund clients. Additionally, we assist the securities lending desk by performing routine daily checks. With Mizuho currently in the process of selling its custody business, there may also be opportunities to support related projects as assigned by management.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the FX trading and operations desks to manage daily FX transactions.
  • Maintain and update spreadsheets used to validate client reports related to securities lending.
  • Identify and correct discrepancies in reporting data.
  • Perform ad hoc analyses as requested.
  • Support additional projects as directed by management.

Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Excel, including use of formulas; basic knowledge of VBA preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail when reviewing reports.
  • 2-4 years of experience
  • Familiarity with transactional banking services (e.g., custody, foreign exchange, securities lending, settlement, SWIFT) is a plus.
