Summary:
Vivos Holdings is a CPG Manufacturing Company with HQ in St. Louis, MO and strong manufacturing footprint in MO, TN, AR, IN, and MI. This role will initially provide support to one business unit utilizing SAP ECC and another using Infor LX BPCS ERP. Additionally, this position will serve as a key member of the project team during the enterprise migration to S/4 HANA.
This key IT role is responsible for Finance & Costing, customer-focused role responsible for solution design, configuration, and support across FI/CO (GL, AP, AR, AA, Banking, CO-CCA, CO-PCA, COPA) and Product Costing (Material Ledger, Standard/Actual Costing), plus ownership of key SAP Security activities (role design, SoD analysis, and audit support). You will partner with Finance, Operations, and IT to deliver reliable processes, controls, and insights that keep our close on schedule, our product costs accurate, and our access compliant.
Analyzes user requirements to design systems that align with business strategies. Defines system scope, objectives, and specifications to guide development and implementation. Collaborates with operations leadership to identify technology roadmaps and recommend continuous improvement initiatives for Finance and Controlling. Design and support standard and actual costing, cost component structures, and variance analysis; guide period-end costing activities and Period close. Partner with Operations and Supply Chain for BOM/routing cost accuracy and manufacturing variance root-cause analysis.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Accountable for prototyping, developing functional specifications, mapping data, and business functions, and configuring transaction and control tables within SAP and other enterprise systems.
  • Collaborate with the SAP development team to deliver systems that align with the requirements outlined in the functional specification.
  • Accountable for identifying and resolving gaps within business processes, as well as integrating new systems.
  • Participate in configuring security and authorization, preparing user documentation, designing data interfaces, and handling data migration and reconciliation.
  • Involved in the installation and tuning of modifications, as well as archiving data.
  • Works on multiple functional tasks that tend to be of medium technological complexity.
  • Coordinates with team leaders, business, and IT management.
  • Train and support business users in new features.
  • Viewed as a credible representative for business functions/processes who leads efforts to drive change.
  • Guide business leadership and management in making informed decisions to enhance and optimize business processes.
  • Translate business requirements into functional designs; configure FI/CO and related integrations (MM, PP, SD) to support record-to-report and cost controlling processes.
  • Own GL master data, financial close improvements, and subledger integrations (AP, AR, AA), including bank statement processing and clearing rules.
  • Drive CO capabilities: cost center/profit center accounting, internal orders, assessments/distributions, and COPA reporting model changes.
  • Proactively identify and resolve complex business issues providing best solution fit for business.
  • Serve as IT liaison for software vendors.

Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required (Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Disciplines) or related discipline and knowledge of SAP ECC or S/4 Hana experience.
Experience Requirements:
5 years' experience required in analyzing and gathering requirements to create user system solutions.
5 years' SAP FI/CO Functional experience in Configuration and Cross-Module integrations (MM/PP/SD)
2+ years firsthand experience SAP Security/Authorizations
Having experience integrating Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint with SAP a plus.
SAP implementation experience a plus
Security Weaver experience a plus
Competencies:
  • Requires proficiency in data analysis and utilizing reporting tools.
  • Thorough understanding of the processes and flows to enable the analysis of business requirements and the development of solutions for business functions in Finance, Costing, and Security.
  • Possesses an in-depth understanding of the business strategy of a particular function/process area and helps drive business strategy development.
  • Exhibit the ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Effective communication skills with Finance and Operations stakeholders and computer skills are essential.
  • Light programming skills in the appropriate language or tools SAP Query.

Travel: Occasional visits to other manufacturing sites
Location: Smyrna TN or St. Louis MO - Onsite 5 days a week
