As a Bank Platform Transformation - Core Banking Modernization - Sr Associate, you will engage with clients to optimize their operational efficiency through the analysis, implementation, and support of business applications. Within our Business Application Consulting practice, you will leverage your understanding of various software solutions to help clients achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and enhancing your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is not clear. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team that focuses on the Banking and Capital Markets sector, specifically within Core Banking Technology. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, while developing a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving. This position offers the opportunity to interpret data to inform insights and recommendations, reinforcing professional and technical standards. Compensation & Benefits

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
