About This Job

Axos Bank is hiring a Premier Banker who is responsible for driving crosssell services, products and features with new and existing customer including of other business verticals with the objective to promote bank's products and contribute to the department and enterprise goals and objectives.
Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of Premier client deposit relationships, with a strong focus on balance growth, fund retention, and overall portfolio profitability.

  • Actively protect and retain client deposits through proactive engagement, timely outreach, and tailored pricing or solution discussions when balances are at risk.

  • Serve as a trusted financial partner by understanding clients' financial needs and recommending appropriate deposit, lending, and treasury solutions.

  • Generate new business through referrals, inbound requests, and targeted outreach, including opening new accounts and ensuring timely funding.

  • Deepen existing relationships through thoughtful crossselling of relevant bank products and services aligned to client goals.

  • Maintain strong, longterm client relationships by delivering responsive service, resolving inquiries, and addressing escalations promptly.

  • Retain and expand existing business by leading rate discussions, addressing client concerns, and consistently delivering value that reinforces Axos as the client's primary banking relationship.

  • Cross-sell products and services to customers based on their financial needs alongside asking for additional funds.

  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 2+ years of banking experience, ideally in relationship management, sales, call center or client advisory roles.
