My client, an established credit union in the Springfield, MA area, is seeking a friendly, dependable, and service focused Teller to join their team. What You'll Do

• Provide professional, friendly service to members during every interaction.

• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and other transactions accurately.

• Cash checks and verify signatures, identification, and available funds.

• Prepare and issue cashier's checks, money orders, travelers' checks, and other negotiable instruments.

• Enter and record transactions within the credit union's systems.

• Review financial documents for accuracy and compliance.

• Promote credit union products and services that meet member needs.

• Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions.

• Receive and count cash, drafts, and other negotiable items.

• Prepare cash shipments and deposits.

• Order and maintain appropriate cash supplies for branch operations.

• Maintain the confidentiality and security of member information and negotiable instruments.

• Support branch operations and complete additional duties as assigned.
