About the Role

In this role, you will serve as a senior individual contributor helping transform wholesale credit risk reporting and analytics for Credit Risk Management (CRM). You will partner closely with Credit Strategy, portfolio risk managers, and subject matter experts to deliver insights that support strategic decision-making across areas such as internal risk limits, credit concentrations, risk rating trends, portfolio monitoring, and broader credit risk management activities.

Responsibilities include gathering and translating business requirements into reporting and analytical solutions, leading reporting transformation initiatives, and establishing reliable, scalable, and standardized processes. You will leverage tools such as SQL, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate to modernize reporting capabilities, improve data accessibility, and deliver actionable risk insights.

Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, credit risk knowledge, and the ability to influence outcomes through expertise, collaboration, and data-driven recommendations.

Key Activities

  • Partner with Credit Strategy and portfolio risk managers to design, enhance, and productionalize credit risk reporting and analytics for wholesale portfolios.

  • Deliver reporting and analytical solutions that support internal risk limits, concentration risk monitoring, risk rating oversight, and portfolio management activities.

  • Identify, design, and execute opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, automation, and data quality.

  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable dashboards, datasets, and reporting processes.

  • Collaborate with technology, data management, and risk teams to implement sustainable reporting solutions and resolve data-related issues.

  • Develop executive-level reporting and insights that inform risk management and strategic decision-making.

  • 10+ years of experience using SQL, Python, or similar analytical programming languages.

  • Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and drive reporting transformation initiatives.

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across risk, strategy, technology, and data management teams.

  • Extensive analytical and problem-solving skills to investigate, remediate, and improve reporting and data processes.

  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights for senior leaders.

*This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

Pay Range: $111,605.00 - $131,300.00
