WE ARE SEEKING: A full-time Relationship Banker with great people skills to service customers at our Snow Hill, Maryland branch location and surrounding branch locations as needed.ย 


YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:ย Handling customer transactions, including:

  • Deposits and withdrawals
  • Wire transfers
  • Account maintenance, such as address changes
  • Issuing debit cards
  • Opening new accounts
  • Processing IRA and HSA transactions
  • Balancing and maintaining the ATM
  • Assisting with cash shipment preparation
  • Referring products and services that meet specific customer needs
  • Travel to branches in surrounding area when necessary to help with staffing
  • Additional tasks as assigned

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Knowledge of branch banking operations, including teller duties and opening new accountsย 
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • An outgoing personality
  • A professional appearance
