Title: Operations Associate

Location: Downtown Toronto

Model: Hybrid 1x a month in the office (subject to change)

Pay: $22/hour + paid stat holidays + 4% vacation pay on weekly pay + Manulife benefits

Start Date: Beginning of October

Contract length: 6+ months

Insight Global is partnering with one of Canada’s top banking institutions to hire a team of Service Representatives to support its Wealth Management division during the busy Canadian tax season. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Perform data entry, validation, and reconciliation
  • Support administrative and operational processes
  • Analyze financial information and ensure accuracy
  • Handle sensitive client data with discretion and precision


Must-Haves:

  • Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Finance, Business, Administration, E-commerce, or related field
  • Beginner-level Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy


Nice-to-Haves:

  • 2–3 years of experience in banking or financial services (front-line or back-office)
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (Macros)
  • Familiarity with Registered Products (TFSA, RRSP, RESP)
  • Knowledge of Mutual Funds, Audit & Reconciliation, and Canadian/U.S. tax processes
