Business Operations Associate

What you'll do:

As a Business Operations Associate I you'll be responsible for working on various tasks that support business development activities and administrative office functions. In addition, you'll be working to coordinate various client events as well as internal events. You'll support all product needs of corporate trust.
  • Responsible for preparing bids and indicative pricing letters based on direction received from sales
  • Maintain PTO calendars so teams can ensure sufficient back coverage is secured
  • Maintain sales database and generate reports as needed
  • Maintain market league tables statistics
  • Assist with maintaining data in the sales overview decks
  • Responsible for coordinating RFP responses and creating an effective method of tracking inventory of known responses
  • Support administration office with various tasks as requested
  • Other duties as assigned

What you'll need:

  • 1+ years of related experience or similar field.
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
  • Intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
  • Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
  • Intermediate TranStar experience preferred.
  • Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.
