Our team seeks an Office Operations Specialist to guide store operational excellence. You will work on Banking, Office Duties, Frontline Help, Records, and Store Communications. You live and breathe the REI culture and promote the REI brand. With your help, we will deliver our 100% customer satisfaction guarantee by facilitating transactions, selling memberships, and offering REI products and services. Responsibilities and Qualifications
How you'll be successful:
  • Review and reconcile operational business expenses.
  • Supports operations staff on and off the sales floor.
  • Manages office supply inventory within the assigned budget.
  • Helps in the hiring process and maintains store records and files.
  • Follow REI loss prevention and safety procedures.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
